ADHD Evaluation- $1200.00

Autism Evaluation (5 and over)- $ 2000.00

Autism Evaluation (5 and under)- $1500.00

Payment

Cash, credit cards, and HSA accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

Half of the testing fee is due at the scheduling of the appointment. If for any reason, the appointment is not canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment, 25% of the testing fee is non-refundable.
