Educational Diagnostician
Job Description
The ideal candidate has experience evaluating students at all grade levels and is able to manage multiple assessments with varying deadlines. The candidate is flexible and loves working with children and parents.
Requirements are:
Master’s degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor’s degree
Educational Diagnostician Certification through TEA
Ability to evaluate students at all grade levels
Skills needed:
Culturally competent and desire to work with a diverse population
Utilize various assessment instruments and techniques to assist in identifying students and in determining appropriate intervention strategies and techniques
Provide consultation to parents regarding the educational needs of students as they relate to the instructional setting
Write full and individual evaluation (FIE) reports
Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective communication and collaboration
Positive and optimistic attitude that can handle flexibility and change
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous assessments
Self-discipline and ability to set priorities in regards to evaluation deadlines
Comfort with electronic records and use of technology
Ability to conduct or participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal meetings

Licensed Specialist in School Psychology/Licensed Psychologist (Contract Position)
The ideal candidate has experience evaluating students at all grade levels and is able to manage multiple assessments with varying deadlines. The candidate is flexible and seeking to provide services in private setting as well as in schools.

Solid assessment and behavioral intervention skills
Culturally competent and desire to work with a diverse population
Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective communication and collaboration
Positive and optimistic attitude that can handle flexibility and change
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous assessments

Requirements are:
Licensure by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists as an LSSP
Ability to evaluate students at all grade levels
Masters or Doctorate in Psychology
